We are a volunteer based student organization that promotes environmental good practices and sustainability at local bars.
Our Mission
To encourage environmentally friendly practices in local bars and restaurants through the creation and implementation of a sustainable recycling program
Our Goals
To establish partnership with local bars
To increase recycling of aluminum, cardboard, glass, and plastic
To promote the use of sustainable drinking practices (beer on tap, aluminum containers)
Our Vision
Top Down
Local/state legistrature that supports a viable bar and restaurant recycling service through increased recycling bins and pickup routes downtown.
Bottom Up
Local mug club program that encourages patrons to bring their own mug and receive a discount
